The agreement
This app is licensed under the Bonterms Cloud Terms, the standard agreement Atlassian offers Marketplace partners, as adopted on the app's Marketplace listing, together with the provider-specific terms below.
Bonterms is a public, standardised agreement. We adopt it unmodified except for the cover-page choices recorded on the listing and the additions here. We chose a standard agreement on purpose: a small vendor writing its own contract produces something a customer's legal team has to read from scratch, and that is a cost we would rather not put on you.
Provider-specific terms
1. What the app is
Software that renders OpenAPI and Swagger specifications inside Confluence Cloud, publishes their endpoints to Confluence search, lists them in a catalog, exports them, and imports equivalent macros from other Marketplace apps.
2. Where your data lives
The app stores your content inside your own Atlassian Cloud site, using Atlassian's storage. We operate no servers of our own and hold no copy of your content. What is stored and where is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
3. Credentials
We do not accept, request or store credentials for your source-code repositories or any other third-party system. Any feature that appears to require one is designed so that the credential stays with you. Do not send us a credential; if you do, we will delete it and tell you.
4. Outbound requests
Two features cause a browser to contact a host you choose: running a request from the rendered documentation ("Try it out"), and fetching a specification from a URL you configured. Those requests are between your users and your hosts. You are responsible for what those hosts do, and for whether they should be reachable from your users' browsers.
5. Limits, stated in advance
The app's limits are published and kept current at alidadeapps.com/limitations, which forms part of these terms. It is written to be read before purchase. Nothing on it is a defect.
Specifically, and without limiting that page: Word export does not carry the
app's content; a link to a single operation cannot scroll to that operation;
hiding tags or paths is a display filter and not access control; and external
$ref references are not fetched.
6. Support
Support is provided by email at support@alidadeapps.com, with a first reply targeted within one business day, Monday to Friday, Brazil time (UTC−3). Details are on the support page. That target is a service commitment, not a guarantee of resolution time.
Security issues are handled under Atlassian's Marketplace Security Bug Fix Policy, which binds this app as a listed Marketplace app.
7. Billing
All billing, invoicing, taxation and refunds are handled by Atlassian under your Atlassian agreement. We do not process payments and cannot issue invoices or refunds.
8. Availability
The app runs on Atlassian's infrastructure and is available whenever Confluence Cloud is. We do not operate a separate service that can be down independently, and therefore offer no separate uptime commitment. Anything we do know about is posted on the status page.
9. Changes
Material changes to these terms are announced on the status page and in the app's release notes on the Atlassian Marketplace, before they take effect.
