What this page is for

The app runs entirely inside Atlassian's infrastructure. It has no server of its own that can go down, so there is no uptime graph to show you — if Confluence Cloud is up, the app is up.

For Confluence Cloud itself, the authoritative source is status.atlassian.com.

What this page is for is the other kind of problem: something that is broken, or about to change, and that you would rather hear from us than discover.

Three things go here.

1. Incidents — something is wrong right now, what it affects, and what to do until it is fixed.
2. Platform changes that affect you — a Confluence behaviour that changes what the app can do. These are usually not our doing, and they are usually the reason something worked last month and does not today.
3. Announcements — a change to the privacy policy, the terms, or the list of sub-processors.

Anything that is a permanent limit rather than an incident belongs on the limitations page instead, and that is where it goes.
